Not long after starting life modelling I noticed how challenging it could be for models to find work and artists to find drawing groups. Outside of local pin up boards and word of mouth there was no advertising and little networking. So I started making things happen. I have a facebook page I try to keep up to date with groups, schools and classes in SA. I also have set up a fb group just for us life models so we can connect and a public group where drawing group facilitators, artists and models can connect, share work, promote themselves, etc. It's been great seeing these things grow and the community come together.
