Usually I'm not into bruise BUT In my vision Cole would be the best for Rogue Jay. I just think out of all gang Cole knows that changing is a part of life, considering that merge - is something that mostly persuaded as "bad change" although it might changed Cole's life for better. Cole himself was literally turned into a ghost which he learned to deal with and everyone accepted it. Jay suffered a lot of things all that lead to change him as a person. I think Cole would not constantly press Jay saying something like "remember who you are" or "but you shattered your goodness" (things that Nya and Lloyd have been talking about but its a theme for another post) because he just knows in his GUT that Jay, despite all his fuzz and meanyness is still himself and would be able to regain memories/heal his soul. And may be Cole could be..just here for Jay? For the new Jay. Even if he calls Cole weirdo and even if he's a mess. Like when did Cole give up on him just because Jay said one mean thing or two?
It's just SAD that we didn't really get any Rogue and Cole interactions. This can be perceived as platonic or romantic whatever you fw.
