Damn... this is a fun workout. Relatively speaking, ARX2 isn't as challenging as the original ARX (that is, if you're used to ARX already). Mind you, the moves are still challenging. Speaking of the moves, I'd say they're more core than just abs. I was sweating especially at the very end when you do 100 quick bicycles.
There are 20 moves in total but the number of reps varies. Prior to starting, Tony say that he himself doesn't even know how many reps per move he's gonna do. His mantra is to go 'til failure. The most reps he does obviously is 100, but after that I think it's 40 or something.
The routine is about 47 minutes long. However, Tony is taking notes between each move so that adds some time to the clock overall. It's all right, though. I'm probably gonna go back to ARX1 on Friday I think.
