This is why I thought they were sisters, though. They look similar, but not like the same person. Skin tone is different, hair varies in thickness, Sheriff is far older-looking
Well we don't know a whole lot about the Sheriff other than she was Jack's girlfriend, correct? There could be a whole different story there. And if you look at her protrait in BDL 2 her skin ton is actually a little darker if you look closely enough (which I'm forced to... being legally blind on an HDTV makes you see things being > 3 feet from the screen)
But there's only a slight difference in the skin tone. Could just be the way that art was drawn or her skin is a slight shade lighter, but it's visible.
then you got the whole "Gold/amber eyes/purple lipstick" thing going on and the hat and the belly showing and all that.
