I can't standdddd when people chew loud. I mean in the kitchen, okay whatever that's where you're supposed to eat. But when you come and sit on the couch next to me and chew in my ear it bugs the hell out of me (my brother). Don't ask why I'm so weird hahaha

I think really once you start going you’ll like it and want to go more. It’s hard to go at first so just force yourself and you’ll be so glad you did. I’ve done yoga before but I just applied what I do for the gym and working out(: happy new year <3

I do like it. Like I said it definitely helps my mental health/anxiety, it's just after a while, specifically once school starts again, I start getting lazy about it. Which sucks because it's when school starts that I really need to keep doing it, haha
