60.8 degrees Fahrenheit is def sweater weather (had to google it I must confess). I was wondering why the beautiful location seem to have so few people.
It is def for me too - and I was at the beach with a friend who actually went to the water and swam... Crazy ocean swimmers... *shakes head*
I was completely happy to just potter around admiring the view, having a nice latte in the beach kiosk and look at the brave people who were swimming and boating in yet very cool water...
