snowveil altercation sketch! I'm not good at conveying ideas, but I wanted to draw something between work
#lol what if snowveil wasnt meant to be a trap#at least not at first#it sounded like mercer and gallus liked exploring ruins together#this was just going to be another place#but where he and gallus could talk in private#talk about where their priorities lie as nightingales#as thieves#as men#things clearly shifted for both of them#and by the time they finish with the sanctum both are at odds and it's heavy#gallus urges mercer to just return everything#but they both know that wont happen#it ends here unfortunately#a fight neither of them really want#and it just gets worse when karliah spots them and sees gallus for the last time#as he falls down that chamber and the gates close#her scream echoing out from between the rocks#mercer's back to her just still for a moment until she nails him with arrows from the distance#before scrambling away#lol sorry my mind is running away too#i need to draw the nightingale armor properly someday#mtmf draw#mercer frey#gallus desidenius#mtmf hc
