ALWAYS Stick Up for Yourself and Others

People today often try and be quiet when someone aggravates or attacks their friends, hoping the problem will go away. Hoping if everyone ignores it it will stop. But here's the thing about people who try and get your goat, they say they stop, but they don't always. Sometimes they're just people who are all junked up inside trying to get off on your misery. So don't just ignore it, don't let yourself or others be trampled on. Speak up, don't fight them or berate them back even, just speak out. Don't be a coward, don't EVER be passive. Speak up every time if you see a friend fucked over. If no one speaks out, nothing will change. And when no one stops it, EVERYONE is to blame. Don't be a coward, man/woman/human being up and stand up against fucked up shit.
