Live with Val. She’s chill and heckin awesome and we’d have the best game nights. Also that writer solidarity, even if it’s very different types of writing.

Cuddle with Meri. She needs it and she’s also A++ at cuddles. (She learned from Coran and from the Mendozas, after all. She has lots of practice.)

Share and empathetic bond with Nyma. This wasn’t my first instinct on this one, I’ll be honest, but the more I think about it? I think it’d be cool. Nyma likes to only show a few select emotions, but she’s a big softie underneath it all, and an empathetic bond would help us connect better, cause I think if we met as strangers we’d kinda rub each other the wrong way and not really spend a lot of time together. Plus, I think we’d balance each other out. She’s more prone to anger than me, but more confident. I’m an anxious awkward bean, but I’m usually optimistic. *shrug*

Go to jail with Dez, are you kidding? We’d bust out so fast. Or... well.... she’d bust out and I’d tag along. Either way, she’d be a great partner in crime, and she’d handle being on the lam a lot better than I would haha

Go on a roadtrip with Edi, hell yeah! I mean, sure, I’d have to be the adult in the car, which would suck a little, but Edi’s awesome and I love her and unlike most thirteen-year-olds I’ve known, she actually wouldn’t be much of a handful. It’s nice to have someone who tries to be responsible, and I’ll bet I could get her to play games along the way.

Abandon Keena on a deserted island and laugh at her as I leave. Do I really need to explain this one?

(Though now that I think about it, I am slightly worried that she’d escape that island and come get her revenge, so I’m tempted to swap her with Dez. Keena would also get me out of jail. Hell, she’d probably have planned for everything including getting arrested. And I wouldn’t make an enemy of her! Meanwhile Dez would also be fine on the island but probably wouldn’t try to throttle me afterwards.)

Coran, Alfor, Kolivan 5

5. kill, betray, have on your zombie apocalypse team

Kill Alfor. This actually isn’t all that hard (though I feel bad for Allura and Coran.) I’d feel worse killing canonverse Alfor, because he seems like a decent guy, but the decision gets easier when we’re in Dualityverse cause Duality!Alfor... well, spoilers, but suffice it to say they’re not the same character.

Betray Kolivan. If I’m forced into it, Kolivan is the most likely to see the necessity in it and to have a contingency plan ready. It would probably ruin whatever friendship we had, but he’d recover and continue his fight and I don’t think I could physically bring myself to betray Coran, especially because he’s the only one who would legit forgive me for it haha orz

Have on your zombie apocalypse team Coran. Dude. He’s a soldier, he’s a mechanic, he’s a medic, he’s a scientist, he knows all this random trivia that could come in handy. Kolivan might be the better tank for a zombie apocalypse, but Coran is such a valuable team member that I don’t see how I could choose anyone but him.

5. kill, betray, have on your zombie apocalypse team

Kill Sven. (By which, of course, I mean send him to Space Hospital.) This really isn’t that much of a decision here, if I’m being honest. DotU wasn’t something I ever watched, so LD Sven is only interesting because he looks like Shiro and protected Lance. I could kill him off without feeling too guilty.

Betray Matt? Because Matt’s a little bit of a drama queen, so all I’d have to do is, like, tell him I prefer Star Wars to Star Trek or something and he’d be super offended and call it a betrayal of the highest caliber. XD

Have on my zombie apocalypse team Slav. It’d be rough, to be sure, on both our ends. We’d need to figure out coping mechanisms and other accomodations, but assuming we could make things work, Slav would be a huge asset. For avoiding zombies, finding patterns in their movement/behavior, formulating potential solutions to the plague, predicting where other survivors might gather... Slav’s good with probability, and he’s good with finding solutions.

4. adopt, be adopted by, raise a cat with

Wait, shit. I’m not sure I want to dump the responsibility of raising me on any of these boys. Well, let’s see.

Adopt Shiro. My son needs someone to look out for him, and Lord knows he’s not gonna let it be anyone on the team. I’m older than him, so I get to claim that responsibility. Now eat your dinner, go to bed early, and stop acting like you’ve gotta be everyone’s pillar, kay? Kay.

Be adopted by;;; Akira. I’m still not sold on this one, okay? Okay. But Akira’s not dealing with trauma so by default he’s in the best place to raise a kid (even if that kid’s older than him.) Alternate answer: future!married!Shiro and Matt can adopt deaged!me. Because I can see them adopting kids, and Matt legitimately knows how to accomodate autistic kids, so that’d probably go pretty smoothly, and they’d make great parents.

Raise a cat with Matt. Because that’s freaking adorable and I want Matt to have a cat to cuddle with. And because I think it would be adorable if he adopted my cat (we call her our Black Lion and Matt would think that’s so clever and Shiro would just roll his eyes and kiss the top of Matt’s head and it would be adorable.)

Ezor, Acxa, Zethrid 1

1. marry, kill, make immortal 

Marry Narti Acxa. (a) She’s awesome. (b) She’s chill. (c) She’d fuck up anyone who tried to hurt me. (d) Zethrid scares me and Ezor is altogether Too Much. I think Acxa and I would actually get along pretty well.

Kill ....Zethrid? I honest to God don’t think I could, but if I managed it, I think she’d respect my strength and be more at peace about it than anyone else. And I think Zethrid’s the only one I might be forced to kill because I couldn’t negotiate with her.

Make Immortal Narti. I mean Ezor, I guess. (Narti, honestly, but since she’s not an option...) Ezor is such a sweetheart, though. I would be happy to make any of these ladies immortal, but I don’t want to marry Ezor and I don’t want to kill her, so she becomes immortal by default.

2 + Ryou/Kuron, Allura, Matt

See, this one’s tough because all three could be a solid answer for all three. Hmm.

Live with Ryou. I think our personalities would mesh well, and he deserves to feel like he belongs somewhere. If canon won’t give me what I’m looking for, then I’ll just steal Ryou myself. :)

Cuddle with Matt. He’s a big brother. He’s gotta be such a good cuddler? (Also I headcanon him as really snuggly when he’s in the mood but otherwise just like. companionable cuddling. Not overly clingy. 10/10 good cuddles.)

Share and empathetic bond with Allura. Because (a) she’s so soft and sweet she’d just be super pleasant to be bonded with, (b) she’s got a backbone of steel, and I could use that sometimes when my anxiety’s kicking my ass, (c) we both have a tendency to be excitable and I think we’d feed off each other and it’d be awesome, and (d) if we’re bonded, she can feel how much I love and respect her, and I just think that’s really cool.
