A commission I did for a user going by Spyash on Deviantart. Due to Eclipse being a final change to DA I’ve decided to move to Tumblr, thus I’m posting or re-posting some older works.
This one in particular I am very proud of. This is the clients OC from the anime/manga called Claymore. A very underrated or unknown anime that is definitely worth a watch, not only for the awesome fight scenes and compelling story, but beautiful music as well.
This OC’s name is Sylvia, or as I like to call her, Sylvia the Wicked.

Trying to get used to drawing on clip studio with this small shitty tablet, so I decided to sketch. This particular Claymore is Heavy-Bladed Chloe, one who is only mentioned once by name in the manga.
Chloe is known for her technique the Heavy Blade, which is most notably similar to the Quicksword, but instead of speed and inexact slashes, the user focuses on strength and accuracy in powerful bursts of yoma energy.
She used this technique to exclusively fight Awakened Beings and warriors who neglected to send out their black card. Unlike the quicksword, users could only counter the attack if their yoki was higher than Chloe’s, which she had unrivaled yoki power for many generations, even after she died.
The force of her technique was so strong it was once seen to deeply slash a mountain.
