“Judging by your blade, you would be none other than the infamous Boy of Bones, Calum ▮▮▮▮▮▮, correct?” The strange woman guesses at his identity with but a single glance and then speaks it without any emotion in either her body or her voice.
Dull golden eyes remain trained on his face as if neither the sword nor the gun he holds is of any threat to her, despite her own lack of any visible weapons. Her robes are reminiscent of those worn by the Church’s Executors, yet at the same time, one cannot help but notice several glaring differences in its design.
“This is not the place for you. Despite what you may believe, you lack the necessary willpower and skills for the battlefield you seek, and if you approach it, you will be of little help at best.”
A cold evaluation, but one that is based off of both knowledge and experience. In essence, that evaluation is most likely the simple truth - the magus she was speaking to held little experience with the spiritual arts needed to exorcise a demon, and while he would likely be able to get through the ordeal with his mind in tact... he would almost certainly suffer some psychological damage from what was to come.
“But, with that being said... From what I have heard of you, my warning alone shall not be enough to deter you from your foolish attempt at saving others. I will not keep you from trying to help, but I suggest that you should be honest with whatever your intents are, Magus. I cannot protect you from harm if I do not know you are there.”
