"Missed is a strong word." she mumbled, stealing a fourth kiss, though this one was significantly softer than the others. "There's just been a serious lack of my raven in my life." Her fingers carded through his dark hair, a smile quirking her lips.

His smirk grew to a soft smile both hands familiarly cradled the kitsune’s hips.  Sasuke would die a thousand deaths to hear his nickname spoken on her pale lips and carried by her signature voice.  ”And there has been a very serious lack of my gem in my life.”

Rather than give the Uchiha time to protest, Ame grabbed his cheeks and pulled him into a harsh kiss, sharp teeth tugging at his bottom lip. "Bastard." she muttered between kisses. "Worrisome, moody, /stupid/ prettyboy." Another aggressive kiss. "Where the /hell/ have you been?"

Sasuke had the sudden instinct to shove the girl away from him but, of course, became very receptive of her kisses and allowed himself to be abused by her in exchange for her particular taste.  By the third kiss, he’d predicted her rhythm and allowed his mouth to mold to Ame’s.  

"Hn.  Surely you understand that when a mission demands me to, I must obey.  Is this you saying that you’ve missed me?"

*gathers up a giant wad of snow and chases*

"E-er, Uchiha-s-san?" the underling looked incredibly nervous. "I-I-I-I apologize f-for the interruption-- I-I was instructed to come inform you th-that Miss Kurotsuki has been injured in her latest mission-- She's in the ward--"

Sasuke's quill dropped and his heart ached to a stop.  He sat, eyeing the girl, hoping for any form of jest.  He silently pleaded for this to be a prank on his dear Ame's part.  But, knowing the harsh degree of her mission, the Uchiha almost expected something to happen but, not to the point where she wasn't in a well enough state to return back to the compound.

He stood from his station and raced to the medical ward, repeating his lover's name between panting breaths.

"-Fucking difficult." Ame wrenched the Uchiha down by the collar of his brand new (and currently ill fitting) Akatsuki cloak. "We'll tell Kakuzu-sama it needs to be hemmed." She paused, looking him over and adopting a soft smile. "You look good."

" stop being so -" finish it in my ask.

Sasuke let out a chuckle as Ame playfully thrashed him around.  It was strangely enjoyable to be so casual with her, knowing the circumstances.  "I feel good, honestly."
