C: Least Favorite Game of all time?
The joke is that I should say FFVIII, but I don't actually think it's my least favourite. I'm trying to think of an actual game I have played that I truly disliked, and all that comes to mind is League of Legends, because all I ever think when I play it is "I liked original DOTA way more"
I haven't played many sequels. Probably Chrono Cross, despite all the cuts to the game.
Discovering just how many games I love from the golden era had content cut.
As a game, I would say Mists of Pandaria—not because the content itself was unenjoyable, but because the broken culture finally caught me and pushed me out of the game for good.
Ha. Technically, FFVI is not actually underrated, because every single time a more authoritative list is made about the tops, it takes the prime spot.
I would have to say small mobile games as a whole, such as phone apps. There's a rampant idea that anyone who says they play those kinds of games should never be allowed to identify as a *real* gamer, when they are quite literally playing video games—and I find that silly.
Again, the joke is for me to say VII, but at the same time, "overrated" kind of gives the idea that those who have a powerful attachment to something are wrong for feeling so passionately about it.
But VII fanboys are kind of the worst.
X: What you'd like to change about your favorite franchise?
More ladies, more diversity, less assumptions by the fans that all the characters are white, more of a return to optionally screwing around with varied and different kinds of side quests and side plots.
Y: What game would you want your child to play first?
I... I don't know. It will probably be some cutesy educational game, though I imagine this means in the more traditional genres... I suppose the answer really has to be "the one *they* want"
