He has to adhere to a strict diet so he wouldn't stuff his face with your sweets, but he feels bad when you stare at him expectantly, waiting for him to try it. Instead, he'll encourage you to share it with your friends, saying that you thinking of him in the first place is good enough for him.

He's not a big fan of sweets unfortunately, he'll probably eat one or two of your cookies, but any more than that is too much for him.
Since he doesn't eat much of your sweets, he likes to watch you work. He thinks it's cute when you're focused, especially when you specifically scrunch up your nose.

You’re Always On My Mind(Pt. 2)
It’s been a few months since that one stream, and you and Ike have resumed normal relations as per usual. For the most part at the very least, unfortunately for you, you haven’t stopped your pining for him which somehow seems to build up more and more with each passing day.
Thankfully for you, you found yourself getting away from your computer and streaming for a few days when you found yourself invited to join one of Nina’s off-collabs. What she failed to mention was that she also invited Ike. So imagine your surprise when you, Mysta, and Nina are all sitting around one mic and Ike bursts through the door with a bababooey. You find yourself at a loss for words silently cursing at Nina but turning back towards the screen, smiling softly. “Well well chat, look what the cat dragged in.”
You hear a noise of protest as Ike takes a seat beside you, shaking his head. Feeling your heart rate speed up exponentially, you turn away from Ike, lest your expression betrays you with how warm it felt. “So anyways, as I was saying-,” Nina turns back to the screen, a slight smirk on her face.

After stream, you find yourself wandering into the kitchen of the Air BnB, opening the fridge, and popping open a can of coke. You smile fondly as you hear the screams of your fellow coworkers, Fuu-chan's infamous tea kettle wheeze, and Nina cackling echoing from the living room into the kitchen. ‘Probably playing Mario Kart or something,’ you shrug to yourself, moving to close the fridge door. A hand reaches over your shoulder, preventing you from shutting the door. You yelp in surprise, turning around to see Ike leaning over you to grab a can of Coke for himself. Despite reaching over you, Ike seems just as startled as you, seeing you suddenly turn around to come face to face with him. “Oh! My bad, I probably should have waited,” he said, a faint flush on his face as rubbed the back of his neck sheepishly. You shook your head vigorously, smiling at him, “Nah it’s fine, you just caught me off guard.” The two of you stand there in silence until Ike breaks it by cracking open his can. It made a satisfying hissing sound followed up by the sound of Ike’s small gasp of relief after he took a sip. You couldn’t hide the way your eyes trailed down from his lips to his Adam’s Apple bobbing in his throat from each gulp he took, and you had to avert your gaze before your traitorous eyes gave you away.
“Were you going to join them?” you gesture towards the living room area with your head, where you can hear Enna hurling out a string of colorful words demonstrating her vocabulary. Ike shook his head, “I’m actually a bit worn out from my flight, but I wouldn’t mind some company….someone to talk to,” he smiled gazing at you. You placed a hand on your face as if in mock surprise, “Wow! Ike Eveland asking for me specifically? I must be something special hm?” you teased him, a grin on your face. Uncharacteristically, you can see a faint flush on his face as he turns away, “It’s nothing like that, I just like your company. I don’t know how to describe it but I feel at ease when I’m with you. Is that so bad?” You find yourself at a loss for words and you find yourself suddenly chugging your Coke to try and ease up the warmth on your face. Unfortunately for you, you find that you drank it perhaps a little too quickly causing it to go down the wrong pipe. You choke, quickly whipping up your elbow to cover your mouth as you double over trying to stop your coughing. Ike reaches a hand over to rest on the small of your back to help support you.
You stand up, grimacing at yourself. “Sorry, seeing your friend choke on their drink probably wasn’t the way you thought your evening was going to go huh?” You laugh, finding yourself emphasizing the ‘friend’ part of your statement. Ike frowned, your words seemingly putting him deep in thought. “Friend? I would argue that you’re more than a friend to me.” You blinked, confused by his words, “What do you mean? That’s what we are, are we not?” you tilt your head to the side, gazing at him curiously. Ike opens his mouth as if to say something, but stops himself, “I just….y’know what nevermind,” he shakes his head, turning around to toss his now empty can of Coke into the recycling bin. You panic a bit, eyes wide as you watch his figure retreat out of the kitchen, “Ike? Did I say something wrong?”
Ike’s steps falter, as he looks over his shoulder at you, a gentle yet somewhat despondent smile gracing his face. “No, you didn’t say anything wrong, don’t worry. I’m gonna go rest, I’m tired. Goodnight Y/N.” he cuts himself short, heading towards the stairs to go upstairs. You watch him walk up, and for some reason, you’re not entirely sure what compelled you to do so, but you move after him, climbing up the stairs, your heart pounding in your chest. “Ike wait!” you barely make it to the top of the stairs, grabbing onto his hand, right as he was going to shut the door. Ike jolts, staring at you in bewilderment, his eyes wide. “Ike listen to me….did I say something that upset you?”
He hesitated, something rare. Usually, Ike was so decisive and quick to make decisions, but at the moment, he seemed so unsure as if he was treading on eggshells. “Well…” he paused, refusing to meet your gaze, “Earlier, when you called me just a friend….well, for me I would consider us something more than that. We’ve grown pretty close these past few months so I just-” He let out a sigh, trying to recollect himself, “Call me oversensitive, but it just rubbed me the wrong way, I guess. There wasn’t anything wrong with what you said, don’t worry.” Ike moved as if to continue shutting the door, but you jammed your foot against the bottom, preventing him from doing so. Instead, you pushed it open more, a concerned expression on your face. “Ike….are you trying to say what I think you are? That you…like me?” You’re absolutely flabbergasted at your own statement, and you can feel your face flush with warmth involuntarily as you stare at the ground, flustered.
“Well, I might as well be truthful at this point. I do, I really do. I like you a lot Y/N. And…well I thought that, maybe we could have been something a bit more, but what you said earlier, you don’t reciprocate my feelings, do you? And that’s fine, I wouldn’t want you to force someone that you don’t have feelings for.” You stare at him, unsure of what to say, his words still dawning on you. Tentatively, you took a step forward into his room, and thankfully Ike didn’t stop you. "You like me? You’re not messing with me right?” you ask quietly, as if afraid of hearing his answer.
“I do, I’ve liked you for a while now. But I suppose it doesn’t matter now,” a hint of bitterness can be heard in his tone, “It’s fine, I have nothing more to say.” He moves to shut the door, but your foot holds steady. Against your better judgment, you press a hand to his cheek, forcing him to look at you. “Ike….I like you, a lot in fact, and I’ve been scared to tell you about this because I wasn’t sure that you would feel the same!” You bite your lip, taking a deep breath to steady your shaky body, “It’s just crazy unfair to me, how I could like you so much,” you added. Realizing how close you were to each other, you moved to give him some space, but his arm wrapped around your waist holding you firmly in place. You can feel him pulling you in closer, his chest pressing against your body. You can hear his breathing against your ear and a light chuckle that escapes his lips. “You’re adorable, do you know that?” You practically combust on the spot from how close his lips were to yours, all you would have to do is turn slightly and your lips would meet. “A-adorable? Me??” You reluctantly detach yourself from where you’re pressed up against him. “Yes, you.” a fond smile dances on his face, his eyes softening as he gazes at you. There is a brief pause before Ike speaks once more, “Y/N…let’s make what you said about, ‘friend’ earlier, null and void. And from now on…” he leans in brushing a hand behind your head, cradling it in his palm, “You never forget just how much you mean to me.”
Ike’s lips are on yours and before you realize it, you’re pressed up against the wall, fingers tangled in his hair. You let out a noise of surprise as your mouths move with each other as if in a dance. “Dammit…” you hear Ike curse when the two of you part for air. In one swift movement, he takes off his glasses setting them off to the side, continuing to make out with you, his hands running up along your sides. You barely notice when he lifts you up, pulling you towards the bed, his foot, tugging on the door shutting it behind him.
Bonus:
The door shutting upstairs wasn’t anything alarming to Nina, but judging by the scuffle she could hear from upstairs and the fact that you hadn’t come back downstairs told her everything she needed. “I win, you owe me big time,” she grins at Mysta, sticking her tongue out. “Goddammit, fuck me.” He shook his head, “Took them long enough, all that lovey-dovey sexual tension between the two of them was starting to get to me.”

Like he finds it fascinating how you'll climb onto the kitchen counters at Ramshackle just to reach something on the top shelf of the cabinet. The first time he popped out of the tree right outside the kitchen window, he nearly gave you a heart attack.

Well the both of you are in pretty much the same position, Jamil’s used to masking his emotions in favor of looking after Kalim
But he also cares a lot about you because you’re one of the first people who’s genuinely expressed concern for him without having an ulterior motive.
Jamil can easily pick up if you’re acting off or if you’re mood is somewhat different from how you usually act. He’s not going to pry into what happened if he can sense that it’s something that’s really, really upset you. But he’ll press you until you admit that something’s wrong.
There was this one time you had an accident in alchemy class and you burned your wrist. Instead of asking for help, you opted to keep quiet despite the pain in your arm.
Jamil quickly noticed the way you would shift things away from your injured arm and how you would opt to use your other hand. Pulling you aside, he asks to see your arm, concern in his gaze.
While you refuse at first, Jamil persists and upon seeing your wrist, he magically pulls bandages out of thin air, wrapping it up.
So in short, you can’t hide anything from this man, he’s gonna end up finding out anyways LMAO

If he senses that you’re self-sabatoging; ie, you don’t say anything despite the fact that something is clearly bothering you, he’ll smush you underneath him and will refuse to let you go because even if he won’t openly admit it, he doesn’t want anything to happen to you just because you won’t say anything
So you can protest all you want saying that you’re fine when you’re clearly not, but you’re not escaping his grasp anytime soon, good luck
He won’t let you leave, until you admit that whatever happened to you was indeed not fine, and if you want he’ll sit there and listen to you rant about it. It’s good to get those emotions out.
He never says anything out loud, but he does worry for you, and he’ll be damned if you get hurt on his watch.
