Lord,

I come to you feeling full yet, completely empty. Rage and release are happening simultaneously. Is it all in my head? Is this my reality or my emotions playing tricks on me? Whatever the answer is, I ask that you reveal the purpose, the plan, and the discovery through all of this.

Isolation. I feel the need of isolation from anything that could potentially bring imbalance in my emotions. I will shut anything out, without notice to maintain a sense of control, and peace within myself. Help me with this, Lord. Help me to give my soul what it needs in a healthy manner. I just don't know what to do right now.

James 1:5

"If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you."

Father, I ask for wisdom through this season. I ask for your help and clear directions to free me from confusion and this feeling of being overwhelmed.

Mathew 11:28-29

"Come to me, all who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls."

Father, I humbly come to you. I know I do not deserve your mercy and grace. I know that I fall short all the time. I know you have never left my side and your character shows that you are eager to welcome me back into your arms. I thank you for this type of love. I thank you for being such a great father. I owe my life to you. I look forward to your embrace, humbly. I love you, with all of my being.
