        It would have been clear, or at least somewhat, from the small Alicorn’s cutie mark and familiar regalia she wore who this was, yet Celestia in her regressed form had no idea who the human before her was. With a vaguely concerned look the filly glanced upward toward the girl.

        “You’re one of the...humans, was it?” The princess tilted her head toward one side slightly. “I have seen such strange things in today alone.” She referred to the convulsion of time being displayed across the city. “Do you have any idea what is happening? Maybe I could help in some way...”

      It was nice to have her pet back at her side. The day had been going well, actually. She had her sister move into her room with her and Philomena was going with her on a walk. Certainly she’d spread her wings with the bird, but she couldn’t fly yet.

      A flutter of fiery wings as the phoenix soared ahead of the alicorn. She stayed in her stride, seeing as her pet was smart enough to not fly into danger. Seeing a familiar tuft of hair, the phoenix let out a screech before perching herself on top of the girl’s shoulder.

      “Sunset Shimmer! It appears Philomena here remembers you, hm?” The princess smiled happily, noting the similarities in colour schemes. How adorable. It was a small reminder of her past, having her pet and her student with her together. It filled her with happiness but a tinge of sadness was present.

The pinkette leans away from the humming piece of equipment, a grin spreading from one side of her round face to the other. She taps almost impatiently against the frame of her computer's monitor, her blue hued gaze settling on her phone's screen -- or more accurately, its onscreen clock.

❝Sunseeeet! Everything is ready! What's the hold up?❞ She covers her hands against the sides of her mouth, shouting in a much louder voice than necessary. ❝Come on! I know you're not used to video games, but this one will be fun, I promise! It has skeleton people in it! You like skeleton people, don't you!?❞

After finding Twilight and Celestia, Spike was a lot more at ease in this city. Well, as at ease as he could be. He still slept while hiding and only explored the city during the daylight, of which he was quickly running out of. Daylight, not city. He didn't think there was an end to that.

He ran as fast as his little legs allowed until he saw a familiar mass of hair.

“Sunset!” He stopped at her feet, paused and wondered if she would even recognize him in his most impressive form.

       It was weird being in her human body again, honestly. It'd been so long since she was ever a human or in the human world through the portal. But she had to try out the mirror the scientists gave her again. Would it work? Could she go home? She wasn't holding her breath and as she walked through and right out the other side of the mirror she was right in not thinking it was going to send her home. Nope, now she was simply in human form. She figured she might as well get used to it again.

       Wobbling her way up into the sectors, Twilight braced planted her feet firmly up top and took a deep breath before continuing again. She had this! She was going to completely ace being a human again. Here she went, walking. And then tripping and then falling. Oh how she missed that.

       She regained her footing, dusting off her skirt and arms before looking up to find a familiar head in the crowd. That was her, right? “Sunset Shimmer?!” She trotted...no, she stopped, then ran toward her through the people walking. Feet dug into the ground in an attempt to stop herself, not doing it as a human would and got her shoe stuck in a crack in the pavement. Toppling forward, she collided straight into her friend, falling on top of her.

       “Oh, dear Celestia, I'm...” She laughed nervously, trying to get herself back up. “I'm really sorry, Sunset. This is...really embarrassing.” Another laugh as she rubbed the back of her head awkwardly. “Uhm...hi!”

Applejack opened the door to her apartment and her dog bolted out, her happy barks resonated against walls as she sped on ahead. It wasn't the cautious gait of the observer but a full sprint towards the known. Towards Sunset Shimmer?

“Well, Ah'll be.” Applejack arrived moments after her dog, who was now busying herself in a crazed attempt to lick Sunset's cheeks. “And here Ah thought Winona an' Ah were gonna be all lonesome.”

Applejack pinched her lower lip and let out a loud whistle, calling said dog to her side where she scratched her shoulders and scruff.

New Friends, Old Faces

[Around all these 'man' creatures that she had met to this point, there was never such a sense of familiarity. The girl man in front of her felt different, almost pony like for some reason. It felt very easy to put her mind at ease and avoid cowering behind some bush or something. Cautiously the pony closed the distance, blue eyes looking the girl man over. With a smile she half forced, the pony looked up at the girl.]

"Um..."

[The voice faltered against her own will. A habit was always hard to break, especially when you were nervous around strangers in general. Let alone strangers with such an unusual appearance.]

"H-Hello."

[The pony greeted, wings clamped close to her sides. The appendages almost glued to her as she tried to build up any sense of courage. Though it wasn't working the best, and it was probably quite obvious the nervousness, despite the smile she had offered.]
