I Understand Verifying An Order Of Purchase...

What I don’t understand is having to provide my address, telephone number, email address, the shipping address, the last four digits of the card I used, what type of card I used, and the card’s expiration date. Why the hell did I order it online if I basically ordered it over the phone too?!
