ASHTON- “So these two are our final choices, and after we talk to each of them we need to decide, Alex. We have to get the deposit and first months rent to pay our lease!!”

ALEX- “I know! I know trust me. But I really like both of these guys. I mean one is a manager of Skye View Fitness, that could be beneficial! The other one is a bartender at Club Rogue and that could also be VERY beneficial!

ASHTON- “So that is how you are making your decision, which one is going to be most beneficial for you? Good job Alex.”

ALEX- “Do you want to realize your dream or not, Ash? All of this is for your benefit. Cole’s Designs was not going to ever materialize if we didn’t do this. I think we both should get a benefit out of it.

ASHTON- “Aaron, so good to see you again, come on in and have a seat.

ALEX- “Hey Aaron, so how is life down at the gym?”

AARON- “Dudes, thanks so much for giving me a second chance! I really need a place to stay soon! The office at the gym don’t have a cot, so I been sleeping on one of those damn massage beds! But life is good there! The big boss said I should be able to franchise that location in a couple years, then I will be the boss!!”

ALEX- “That is awesome man!. So as roomies do we get free membership?”

AARON- “Sorry man afraid not, I don’t even get a freebie, but I can give a friend and family discount, but only if I am your roomie!”

ASHTON- “Well pack your bags Aaron, because you are our new room-mate, Come look at the room again and if you need any help moving just let Alex here know.”

ALEX- “Huh? What did you say?”

AARON- “FUCKING FANTASTIC!! You are helping me move, your first work out on the gym if you do!”

ALEX- “Count me in then!”

SAM- “Hello, Ashton, thank you for the call back on the apartment. So is it a go? When can I start moving in?”

ASHTON- “Well, we had just a few more things we wanted to ask. My room mate will be here in a few. Have a seat.”

ALEX- “So, you said you work as a bartender downtown, correct. Is that a gay bar?

SAM- “No, but we do cater to the gay community as well, everyone is welcome of course. So are you both gay?”

ALEX- “No, well Ash here is Bi-sexual, but we were just curious. About the bar that is, not that I am---well never mind. So do room mates get discounted drinks?”

ASHTON- “Sorry, Sam, Alex was joking, we know you couldn’t do that. But we are just concerned as to the monthly rent, as we know Bartenders do rely on their tips---

SAM- “Oh, I have another day job. I work in customer service.”

ALEX- “Customer service, oh, so where?”

SAM- “It’s a telephone and internet service. Mostly sex talk lines.”

ALEX- “So people call you for sex talk? There is really money in that?

ASHTON- “Alex, why did you ask him if he acts out the sex acts on the internet cams? 

ALEX- “Hell, why not if he makes that kind of money, he has to do more than just talk. Maybe he could hook me up and we wouldn’t need another roommate! I do that for free now, if I could bring in some cash for it, why not!!??”

ASHTON- “Well, it looks like this other guy, Aaron is going to be our new roommate then, you scared this one off!

Ashton was raised by a single mother in Oasis Springs, with his sister Monique. He excelled in working with his hands and building things from scratch at a young age. His mother Charlotte, seeing the potential put him in a school for gifted children and he excelled. 

Ashton graduated early and went to Foxbury where he received a Degree in Architecture and soon landed a job with a large firm in San Myshuno. So he and his college friend, Alex Linderman decided to live large and found an exclusive apartment in San Myshuno’s Art District. Things were going great until Ashton was “laid off” do to cut backs within his company. 

So at the suggestion of his girlfriend at the time, Darlene, he decided to start his own Interior Design Firm. So with Alex’s help he is getting it off the ground. However, Darlene went on to another pasture, as did Ashton as he started dating a young musician, Brian Bledsoe.
