Easy to do at home and will count for a days exercise x 🌟🌟🌟 Set your timer on your mobile for 10 minutes and repeat this stair set until the buzzer goes off! 🌟🌟🌟 Now I did this using my studio stairs which are narrow and steep. So watch your step and you should have more room to move on a normal stairway. Use the banister on the way down. Interval: 🔸Step up with leg lift 🔸Single run ups 🔸Double step ups or run ups 🔸Hands down with double bunny hop 🔸3 x press ups 2 x jump ups 🔸Jump ups You should be able to do this 7-8 times depending on size of stairwell.
