’…I. Can’t tell if you’re joking or not. I suppose that speaks for itself.‘
“I suppose it does.” Pause. “No offense, haha.” He had taken to doodling in the spaces between when he spoke and Bark drew, quickly adding a few new parts to whatever drawing he could. It gave his eyes an excuse to not lock onto the bear’s, and his hands something to do meanwhile. Not that he was the type to always be needing to do something, but it kept his mind off thinking about what to say all the time.

Again, carefully reading the notepad with the words written by the polar bear. Blinked a few, as she placed a hand on her face, giving a thinking gesture.
“Ooh, so this purple weasel, he’s not to be trusted, right?” She asked. “It confusin’ for why my deary would disguise as him…” Then again, she gave a shrug. Not that she had a problem by it, just confused by all this.

“... Bark.”
This was an unexpected occurrence. When one meditates, one is aware of their inner self as much as the world around them, and the shifts that came with it. A very, very heavy polar bear was hard to miss, despite the finesse and skill he no doubt possessed.
His eyes were now cast in the bear’s direction, but his posture and voice was still serene, possessing a meditative quality about it. “What might I expect from you today?” He rose a brow, inquisitively scanning the bear. He was not as intuitive as Vector, but someone who only thought clearly could see the likelihood of the situation. “Do you intend to attack?” As far as he knew, Bark was a trained soldier who never quite had the eye of a warrior. Regardless, Espio had no full assurance the mercenary was not coming with no peace in mind, so the chameleon did indeed steel himself.
Bean blinked at the sight, momentarily confused before he started to laugh, curling up a little and holding his hand to his mouth as he grinned.
“Aw, c’mon, buddy! The boss does it all the time! It’s fun!”
And speaking of fun, he was loving the reaction he was getting out of Bark. He spoke again, only this time in a more exaggerated voice.
“What the fuck?!”

You had him at strawberry kiwi. “Could I have one of those too? Strawberry kiwi? Maybe toss in a few blueberries, if you have those. I think that could be good.”
“I have all of that! I’ll get right on it!”
So he does. A bunch of kiwi, a bunch of strawberries, and a bunch of blueberries go into his blender. Very special blender. It was one of the latest models. Gregg had saved up for who knew how long to get it for him, and he loved it. That thing got use every single day, Angus always started his day off with a fruit smoothie. They gave him energy to take on the day. But it isn’t just those things. He slips in a secret blend of sugar, ginger, and just a hint of cinnamon.
All things that amplified the flavors, by adding some new flavors of their own. All blending together to make an amazing drink.
He blends it all together, absolutely grinning at the soft whirring sound. No loud, obnoxious noise from this blender! This model was pretty quiet, and he loved that. He didn’t have to risk waking Gregg up with his blending needs. Of course, Gregg was out right now, but early in the mornings it was always a risk. Not anymore. Once it’s all blended up into a thick, beautiful drink, he pours it all into a giant cup.
Naturally, he got cups that matched the size of the blender, so that not a single drop would be wasted.
“See what you think!” He says, as he hands it over. “I put my special stuff in there to make it even better.”
asilentfighter replied to your post “He's sort of awkwardly hanging around the castle. He's left a note to...”
He blinks at the initial reaction. He should've probably added a 'tell her it's Bark' on that note. Though the change in attitude does make him snort in amusement, and melts some of that nervousness away. He gives a tiny bow as a greeting of his own. Taking in a breath, he holds out a bouquet. It was a nice colorful arrangement of several types of flowers. And a card that said 'Happy mother's day' on it. He'd written it himself, wanting it to be a bit more personal.
“Oh. Aren’t these just gorgeous?”
She, of course, accepts them. She loved flowers. But then she reads the card, and her heart almost stops. That was today, wasn’t it? Oh God. She’d never dreamed that she would receive flowers today, even though both of her sons were back in her life. She knew her biological son couldn’t stand her. She’d accepted that. But Claire’s boy always had been sensitive. She knew that about him the moment she’d met him.
Tears temporarily form in her eyes, but those are wiped away, and put to a stop immediately. There was no need for emotional displays. That just wasn’t her style. But it doesn’t stop the gigantic grin on her face.
“I love them.”

Imagine his surprise when Bark walked into his shop.
The weasel froze, staring at the bear silently, ears raised as high as they would go. He looked...Alert, to say the least, and had momentarily forgotten the little robot he was working on.
...Which slowly rolled off the table and hit the floor with a loud noise, startling Nack and causing him to duck behind the counter in order to scoop up the pieces. He popped up a split second later, setting the pile of parts down onto the counter before leaning on it with his arms, gripping onto them somewhat tightly as his ears lowered. The look was completed with an awkward, nervous smile.
“Bark!” His voice was a tad high there. “So! I, uh...Didn’t expect to see you here so soon. I thought that your payment was gonna be due in a couple of days? And not today?”
His fingers tapped nervously against his arms.
