I send this ask separate from my last, in case you couldn't/wouldn't want to answer this, and I hope it doesn't sound rude cause I don't mean to be :') but I just wanted to ask if I could see your arts without the bright lines around his face too? (I don't even know if that's possible or of it sounds weird and it's not that I didn't love the original one, it's just Magnus is ABSOLUTELY gorgeous in that art I'd really like to just stare at his face😭❤️ you could ignore it ofc if you can't!! ily)

Same anon as before! It’s not upsetting I just find it weird for that same reason, that a lot of the few green creek artists depict them that way. It’s just that I think it adds to their charm how Thomas is so different from the rest of the family. Anyway thanks for being such a sweetheart and replying so fast! I will be following you and supporting your art from now on. I’ll write in another ask their descriptions in case you or others want it (1/2)

Their description is in Wolfsong in the “tornado/soap bubbles” chapter, where Ox describes Joe as “short blond hair. Tanned skin, almost as much as mine”. And then when he sees the rest of the family, he says that Carter and Kelly look similar to Joe. Elizabeth’s description is “the same coloring as the others” but about Thomas he says “he was darker than the rest, more like me than the others” and somewhere in Ravensong Gordo says Thomas has dark/black hair but I can’t find it (2/2)
