It appears Tumblr has become a battleground in the time while I was absent. No matter. I simply wish to be with my wife and work in the new forge the Valar have set up in my rooms.

I also see that an elf named Salgant has been speaking with my son. They seem to be on good terms. That pleases me. There are far too many who seem disturbingly obsessed with shoving him into closets.

Wait, was he shoved into one again? Damn the Noldor! Though he may not wish to speak with me I am still his father! Enough with your bullying!

Aredhel, beloved! How long was this message sitting here in my inbox? Faulty thing, this system! I apologize for my absence. I was seeking counsel with the Valar concerning them setting up a smithy for me near my rooms. If they can install this new technology, surely they too could do the same for my smithy.

Nay, I am still the youngest. I am quite well, thank you… and you? And I do not really think tumblr can be used as part of any craft.

Wel, I am glad you are doing well, but do you know why you aren't able to see Miriel? Just curious. Well dear Grandfather, if you are ever needing company, I would gladly come visit you.

It seems the Valar were adamant in keeping Míriel and I apart since our marriage was completely dissolved. I am still considered as Indis' husband, and for reason that I cannot see Míriel. But that is a rather sad shame, for I would like to speak with her, if even as a friend. We did have a child together after all! But, it seems when she refused to return to me from the Halls, she refused to see me for all eternity. She left the elves completely, I was told. Thinking about it now, I almost want to weep for her.

And as for Indis, I know nothing of where she is and I do miss her company as well.

Come see me? Goodness, Ar-Feiniel, please do not tell me you are also dead! I have heard of one of my grandsons being here. What has been happening since my death?

Well, I am not the White Lady of Noldor, by wearing different colors. *laughs* Blue does look nice on me I shall admit, but yes, still wearing white and silver. I have been.... well. Yourself, dear Grandfather?

Well, the colors still look beautiful on you. As for how I am faring, I am doing rather well. The pain of being killed by the hands of that peculiar Vala has eased up quite a bit. Ever since then I've remained in the room offered to me in the Halls of Námo, where I've taken many hobbies. It is rather pleasant here. I am given meals plentiful and to my liking. And my skills in the arts has improved indeed! If only Míriel could see this. I had asked for her, but it appears we are never to see each other again.

That rather saddens me, but at least I have my art, and this new instrument to get me in touch with my family!
