Hi! I noticed you tagged your art as AU, it has me curious, what’s the AU about? And what is Mammon like in the au?
Tickled someone's already sent in an ask I won't lie, haw haw. The AU is called The Spires, which ent all that original, I know, but so far it's a massive work in progress. A lot of it - including the one shot (maybe) fic that's already in the works - is shameless self indulgence yumeship. Nasty business just as much as hurt/comfort and anythin inbetween. The AU will overall be followin what transpires after the Fizz debacle, but might also cover a few random points in time to fill in some gaps the original plot ent played with yet. As for Mammon, he/I is very much tired and hurt. Been doin showbiz for millennia and m'firm belief is a lot of what we see in the flashback scene in the midseason episode is creative and celebrity burnout. Fizzarolli was meant t'help deal with that by allowin me to take a backseat an manage instead of havin t'juggle the parasocial bullshit an bein looked at too much. Ironic somebody that don't like people perceivin 'em went into clownin. The energy to expect is tired banker. Moody, angry, pained, and more than a little toxic coping abound. M'a lot quieter than y'might expect even if I do put on a damn good face when there's people lookin, but underneath th'mask I just wanna be left the hell alone. Nearly always drunk but I'm a functionin alcoholic. Some of the fics will cover m'sin form, Avarice. He's the more primal impulsive part 'a me whot usually turns up when strong emotion takes over. It's usually preceded by a break of some kind, when I've hit m'limit. I think I went on a lil bit of a ramble there, but hopefully that answered y'questions!
