Hi! My advice would be to sit on this for a week or two. Personally, I never really delete anything because then I wonder if I'm going to regret it and having to redo everything all over again would make me anxious. BUT we are different people, and maybe a clean slate(or no slate at all) is what you need. Either way, I have enjoyed the things you have put out, and even though I have barely any energy these days to open social media, your creations are a treat when i do. Whatever you decide, as long as it's what's best for you is most important. I'm just an Internet stranger, but I want you to know I do care about you! I can't begin to know what you have going on, but I sincerely hope at least something gets better.

Yesterday's post was a little dramatic as the situation fell on the lowest of low but, overall, it's not a new thought and not a step I'd take when on depressive low. I already did similar cleanings in the past and it's something therapeutic for me, I'm just still unsure if it's something that will be helpful now. It's...pretty complicated but I'm working on finding a way out.
