Blitzo and Stolas, they say that when you are used to raising girls, raising a boy is so different. Did having a boy felt like you were both starting over with parenting 101?

Blitzo: Not really! We're both dudes, and a baby's a baby, he still ate and needed clothes and shit in his diaper like lil Stella did.

Stolas: If anything, he reminded me a fair bit of Octavia as a child- a little less wild than Stellaluna was, but equally affectionate. The fact that he latched on to some of my interests was a delight, honestly, and it made connecting with him easier.

"In Helluva Boss, Blitzo started I.M.P. (Immediate Murder Professionals) as a way to escape his traumatic past as a circus performer, where he accidentally caused a fire that led to his mother's death and severely disfigured his friend Fizzarolli; he used his skills as a trickster and performer to create a business where he could channel his anger and guilt into a career as an assassin, essentially "killing" for a living to cope with his trauma.

At some point before the start of the series, Blitzo started a freelance assassination business, I.M.P, which began as an operation in Hell.

At some point, while Blitzo was imprisoned in the Greed Ring, he met his cellmate Moxxie. At some point after their escape, Blitzo hired Moxxie.

At some point after Blitzo opened I.M.P, he hired Loona as their receptionist.

Sometime before the start of the series, after poaching a hit from Blitzo and Moxxie, seeing her potential, Blitzo tracked Millie down in order to recruit her. After a bar fight, Blitzo hired Millie.

Prior to the series, Blitzo attempted to break into Stolas' mansion to steal the Goetic Prince's grimoire in order to obtain access to the living world. After being caught and then alone with the prince, Blitzo seduced Stolas and escaped with the grimoire the next morning.

Blitzo then leased a rundown office space to be their headquarters, and using the grimoire he had stolen from Stolas, Blitzo went on to formally establish I.M.P as a business of killing humans on Earth for sinners."
