Asking if you're okay? Haven't seen you on in quite a while!

Hello! I’ve been busy with my job unfortunately. And recently I haven’t been motivated to write anything. I’ve been going out with friends and doing more things offline honestly which is a huge improvement for my mental health. I have been reading a bit here and there but not much. I’m sorry I haven’t given an update but if I do decide to write again, don’t wait on it.

I was given several eggs to care for and eventually adopt out, and I have some... Suspicions about one, shall we say? I know all four have ghost typing, but. They weren't sure exactly what species. And I think one of them is a Dreepy.

How do you feel about the other major towns in Johto?

Ecruteak is the best, outside of Blackthorn obviously. Morty's good at what he does. They have a solid grasp on their roots there. I'm particularly fond of the dance hall.

Olivine is also fine. Jasmine's young but has a good head on her shoulders. She'll do well as a gym leader. I have nothing but respect for her keeping the lighthouse lit with her ampharos. That's an important job. Additionally... the weather's nice in Olivine. Asterope, Matcha, and Heliotrope enjoy spending time on the beach.

Azalea is also fine. Advances in technology are all well and good, but we should keep hold of our traditions so knowledge of where we came from and what we've learned isn't lost or forgotten. In short, Kurt does good work.

There are several important services in Violet and I appreciate that effort has been made to maintain them. The trainers' academy could always use more funding, though. Nothing new there.

I'm glad Mahogany finally got a gym. It needs all the visitors it can get to bring in income.

I do not like Goldenrod. It's too big, it's too polluted, it's too hostile to people like me. Its last gym leader was an entitled, incompetent idiot. Hopefully the new one works out better.

I don't have strong opinions on anywhere else in Johto.

Some people are just weird about it no matter what you do. I even have people side-eye my Shuppet while he's wearing his Support Pokémon vest sometimes. No pleasing some folks.

Thank you. Exactly. At that point the only thing to do is ignore them.

There are certain types that seem to be frequently misunderstood. Fire, poison, bug, dragon, ghost... I'm sorry that you've had to deal with this issue as well. It really is an insubstantial fear that people have.
