🔗 What are the top three things you’re worried about right now?
Top Three? Wow....Well, I suppose that will stop me from going on all day and forces me to be more specific than everything.
I think the top of the list is the Ministry. It has always had its issues I think we all know that, but no matter it was always better than being in Death Eater control. That’s terrifying because it goes past the Ministry and puts everyone and everything in peril. Naturally, my family is next. I don’t know what I would do if something happened to them. Any of them and it isn’t as if I can lock them in an ivory tower and protect them, but I want to. Last, I think I’m most worried about my friends. So many people I love are constantly putting themselves in the line of danger in the name of this war. To make the world better. I just want them all to make it out in one piece I don’t know if I could ever forgive myself if one of them didn’t.
“ ever kiss under water? ”
Gladys pursed her lips as she contemplated the idea. “Like in a lake or the ocean?” It wasn’t that she had to contemplate the question the answer was no. Then again she didn’t often go diving into bodies of water, particularly when there was someone she was interested in kissing around. Though, she thought the idea might have its merits. Perhaps.... “I can’t say I’ve had the pleasure, you?”
“ kissing burns calories you know. ”
“It does, does it?” Gladys raised an eyebrow as she looked over at James, her lips pursing as if she were truly contemplating his words. “Hmm….Well, then I think it would stand to reason that kissing me would do you just as much good as running those laps you were talking about.” She nodded as if it was all starting to click her most serious face on but she was terrible at this and a smile was peaking out. It wasn’t as if she needed an excuse to kiss him, though the Quidditch pitch might not have been her first choice in location it wasn’t that bad. “Afterall, we have to keep you in tip-top shape before the Ravenclaw match and what kind of girlfriend would I be if I didn’t help with that….”
“ so are we going to kiss or not? ”
“A valid question....” Gladys laughed, shaking her head as she eyed Marcus it wasn’t as if she hadn’t noticed how attractive Marcus was, and she certainly wasn’t turning down a kiss. But she figured everyone had enough regrets without her adding drunken kisses to them, no matter if they’d be good or not. “But the real question is how many drinks you’ve had. Enough that you’d snog any girl who sat next to you or am I special?”
“ blow a kiss my way for good luck. ”
“You and I both know that you do not need luck. You totally have this without any of that nonsense. Make your own luck.” Gladys snorted, but she was laughing as she eyed her friend. He had a way of making everything brighter and even if she thought the idea that he needed luck was nonsense she couldn’t imagine that she would ever deny a request that was within her power to grant. She made a show of blowing him a kiss and then touched his shoulder, meeting his eyes. “Now, go....You’ve got this.”
Gladys had to convince the sorting hat not to put her in Slytherin
"Nonsense. The only conversation the sorting hat and I had was about how I thought that it should put me in Gryffindor and the silly thing kept insisting upon Hufflepuff.”

Memorable? Loaded word....I mean, there’s Benjy--no, no....uhm...there’s...that Halloween. You know what? Pick a niece and each of their births rounds out my most memorable and favorite days.
