Asexuality is queer. While not all ace het people identify as queer, I'm totally open to welcoming them if they do. No, asexuality is not gay/trans, because those are different facets/spectrums of queer identity, and they aren't the only ones. Actually I did check that post and it said that aces are included in the LGBTQIA+ umbrella, it didn't say "aces are gay/trans". If you think that that list of letters should only apply to people who experience same sex attraction or who are trans, then you need to do more critical queer theory reading.

Okay "losing friends to love" IVE BEEN THERE and it sucks :( two of my closest friends started dating eachother after I introduced them, and they started ignoring me, and then they had a messy break up and they're both upset that I'm still talking to the other

Oh my god yes thank you! I've had similar things happen, or even just feeling like as soon as your close friend starts dating someone seriously, you automatically feel a downshift in the importance of your relationship to that friend. Idk, I know it can be an unfair generalization, but amatonormativity suggests that as soon as a romantic partner appears for someone, all their friendships become less significant. And I've really felt like it's been true through my life, though I really try to just take that baggage on and not blame romos, especially if they're not intentionally trying to drop me every time they date someone.

Hi! I'm uncertain about if I have a gender so I think I'd be considered agender. What made u realize ur nonbinary/agender? I dont feel like a woman but I have a pussy, had abortion, take birth control 2 avoid pregnancy, etc. But I dont have any specific draw towards feminine/masculine. Hi anon, thanks so much for asking me about this! I'm still very much on my gender journey for myself, and I think I came to feeling that I'm agender when I started deconstructing the things that make me "identify" as a woman, and realize that gender isn't real, it's just personality! Depending on how i feel, who I'm around, and what I've eaten that day (idk i just like lists of 3), the gender that I see myself as fluctuates, and I realized that I'm not beholden to any permanent gender identity, rather that it's just something other people ascribe to my glittering personality!
