I think everyone is simply mad about "Aurora" :D Also, I know it was a while ago, but I liked the 2 songs Sabrina Carpenter did on SNL.

I really love singing, on any day it could be a different answer! For today I will say "Everybody Wants to Rule the World" especially when I have a friend to sing with.

21. Out of your friends, whose music taste is most similar to yours? Most different?

I would say I have a lot in common with you, @littlequeentrashmouth and @r2-d2-soon . Even if we don't overlap 100% we have a deep love for a lot of the same arteests.

Least is maybe @50000watts but I will say everything she's had me try, I have liked! so maybe not so different.

sycamore and wikstrom first date?

I wrote that scene in my fic! They weren't dating yet but already had romantic feelings. Sycamore invited Wikstrom for dinner, and they went to a new restaurant Siebold had opened.

WIKAMORE SO PERFECT. And I'm glad someone else got into Wikstrom. He deserved it. Regarding the pairing, Wikstrom has a mega-scizor. I think that Augustine gave him the keystone (and later gave it to him as a gift) during their joint research. 🙏🙏🙏

So, I absolutely loved reading "Knight In Shining Armor"! It's super cute and wonderfully emotional!

the bit I remember the most is in chapter 3 where Sycamore learns a bit of fencing from Wikstrom

Do you think they had any fencing lessons beyond that?

I doubt Sycamore whould ever get as good Wikstrom at swordfighting (since Wikstrom's been training his entire life) but I honestly think he'd enjoy it alot

It whould also be good exercise for him since he otherwise mainly sits around in his lab all day

Thoughts on Aurora????

Hey! I am liking what I'm hearing so far. The structure somewhat reminds me of pieces I've played as part of concert bands over the years (high school, college now). It really stands out from other recent material in that way. I'm enjoying the lyrics but need to see them printed. Have not checked out the music video because i was at work. What about you? I'm annoyed with myself that i missed the pre-order of the set with vinyl+CD+poster, but I might get the grape one.

For anyone who is curious, the newer Yes albums are on BandCamp through InsideOut music! I was very surprised to learn this. I pre-ordered the new album Aurora on there and got instant access to the titular lead single.
