Crimson trickles from the bookworm swordsman's mouth as he was clinging to life, he could see Lumine carrying him towards safety.

He wanted her to be safe, he deserved to be scolded for this as it seems that he was too reckless in his actions as now, he made Lumine sad.

He slowly and softly moves his right hand to her face, his face smiling as he tries to speak.

"...l-Lumine...hey..it's okay...don't cry My Liege...it's okay, I'm glad...that you're safe..."

The bookworm was aiding Lumine in searching for starconches as it was a hot day today so the perfect way to cool down was walking alongside the shorelines, however, he didn't count on Lumine to suddenly splash water on him.

He looked at her as he was soaked, including his clothes. He sighs softly as he knew that his father wouldn't like this now that his clothes were dirty but this was all in good fun, he grinned to the mischievous traveler as he spoke with raised hands resembling claws.

"Touché My Liege as you got me there! however, I bet you didn't count on this!"

He quickly spoke as he removed his drenched coat and set it on the sand as he then rolls up his frilly sleeves, his hydro vision glowing as he swirled some water in his hands before sending it to Lumine with a giggle as he chases after her. He picked her up but when she kicked, he lost his balance, they were both sitting there in the tranquil and crystal clear water.

Laughter filled the salty sea air as it seems the two were fairing well during these humid times, nothing like a dip in the water or a day at the beach.

Prompto noticed his best friend staring over the railing at the shimmering waters below as he sweat dropped, he didn’t mean to startle if so as he approached before speaking.

“Ahh! Didn’t realize you were staring off into space there bud, you doing alright Noct?”

He asked slowly, concerned for Noctis.

His face saddens as he replies, shaking his head as he looked at Noctis.

“Noct! It’s me Prompto! Seriously dude, I’m not Ardyn! Believe me! What in holy shiva did he do to you?!”
