Although it’s quite laborious, especially when I’m faced with low motivation or a pesky writer’s block, I actually prefer writing multi-chaptered fics.

I love the progression and character development that comes along with them, and I feel there’s a bigger world to build there.

What about you? I’d love to hear what you prefer!

I think the girlfriend has maybe highlighted an aspect of mat that’s kind of unattractive? as in the young-wealthy-brat vibe that he used to give off a lot more but seems to be re-emerging again…?

i've been having trouble trying to figure out if it's the fact he has a gf that makes him not overly attractive anymore, or if it's the fact that he wasn't overly attractive (i.e. over hyped) in the first place. don't get me wrong, i'm a hoe for barzy but he just isn't hitting the same.

What do you think about the h*wks entering the eichel lottery? I’ve heard some people saying that since he has such a high cap hit, their gonna get rid of toews?

i'm not a fan of eichel, he wouldn't fit in with the hawks. but stan bowman is known for making stupid moves. the hawks also won't trade toews for him. they'll trade dach and somebody else along with a couple draft picks before they offer up toews. i also won't be shocked if toews announces his retirement from the league soon.

What do you think about people blaming toews about the SA stuff?

i didn't know people were blaming him. i'm not sure how it would have been toews' fault though? the whole situation should have been handled and taken care of. and stan bowman going on record before the draft saying "i'm not here to talk about the allegations because it is not important at the moment." really pissed me off. because he's obviously known about it and did nothing for the player(s) in question. i'm tired of that organization as a whole. the front office staff needs to be reevaluated and stan bowman needs to be fired for other various reasons.

any team that’s letting fans back in are crazy, but i still can’t believe the flyers are letting fans back right after they had an outbreak that affected like 7 guys, and especially the guy that is immunocompromised from going through chemotherapy because he had and beat bone cancer within the last year. and like the day they announced fans will be back crosby was on covid protocol. i get that they need to make money and fans want to watch games live, but the health and safety of players and their families are at stake here. that’s more important than profit.

hi sab! it’s been so long 😭. i’ve been trying to stay away from social media because it’s a shit show. at least hockey tumblr is 💀. you’ve been going through it too baby and it’s very frustrating. can’t we just enjoy hockey in peace and if we don’t like someone we block them and move on like normal people? i swear everyday there is a new drama, a new person to cancel. like hmm i’m bored today i think i’ll go through some dudes twitter all the way back to when he was 13 and 14 years old to get some dirt on him and start drama to cancel him. come on dudes. i’m a little ashamed to admit this, but when i was 14 i was a huge shane dawson and onision fan. do i agree with and have the same opinions as my 14 year old self? no!! it’s called growing up and growing as a person. you can’t tell me that you look at yourself from 5 years ago and you don’t cringe or regret anything you did. people want to be mad at something for no reason. i hate this holier than thou attitude everyone on here has. when i first found hockey tumblr i thought it was great because on hockey twitter i face dudebros calling me a puck bunny for no reason other than the fact that i’m a girl and act like i don’t understand what’s going on. but hockey tumblr is filled with so much bullying, hatred, passive aggression, guilt tripping, playing the victim, and that holier than thou attitude. it’s not even fun anymore because of the constant drama and fighting. this is the same place that bullied a literal newborn baby just because they hate his dad. like wtf!! no matter what you do it will never ever be enough for some people. it’s a shame really. - 🍭

baby when i tell you that i posted crazy stuff on the internet in 2012... whew.. but like who didn’t? every time i go through my facebook memories i cringe so fucking hard. but none of us are like that anymore? we all grow up and move on. people are just soft now a days. but you are right lolly, i need to take a break so i think i’m going to honestly

18. a reason you’ve lied to someone. i don’t even remember the last time i lied to somebody. 

35. What is your definition of cheating? we all know the definition of cheating. but for me, just don’t make me look stupid. the last person anybody wants is to walk into a room full of people wearing the “only if they knew look” ya know?

49. Where’s the most magical place on earth? the answer isn’t Disney World? for me the most magical place is the beach. no matter how i’m feeling, once my toes are in the sand i’m a whole different person
