Hey I saw your tags about being a great editor and I know we're not mutuals but... I need to submit the first 2 chapters of my book to publishing houses and my friend who was going to do an edit of the two chapters slipped a spinal disk and now has to be hospitalized for months. I don't suppose... You could help me with this? I can pay but not very much

is the word count for what you'd want looked at under 15k?

what level of edits are you looking at-- spellcheck/grammar or that plus clarity or also worldbuilding/pacing concrit ?

what turnaround time are you looking for? i can probably promise to get to it over the next week if you're looking for just grammar/phrasing(clarity) type edits but full creative writing concrit may depend on my (undependable) depression brain lmao ^^;;;;;;;;

So I was digging through my roommate's spice cabinet looking for turmeric and I found a big bottle of 'Saigon Cinnamon' and I had to have a moment after that.

i spent a lot of time looking at the different kinds of cinnamon!!! there’s apparently like?? three or four main types but like two or three of them are basically the same?  i remember saigon and ceylon and auuuuuhhhh one of them started with an a i don’t remember!!! but ceylon (i think?) is supposed to be much mellower and sweeter and saigon and the other main commercial breeds are like, a lil more spicy and bity and barky i think? 

so hhhhhh i guess here’s “sao thought too much about her flareons names and spends a lot of time researching spices” fact for the day xD;;;;
