For me, I always like to work through my emotions with exercise. I will deny it if it gets out, but sometimes when I finish with a good workout, I let all of my emotions go. Some of my best sessions in the gym were followed up by a good cry, letting it all go and feeling whatever I needed to in that moment. So I’m happy to do whatever you’d like to today.”

“I know MC and Grace have experienced losing their parents. Hearing about how much MC is still working through those feelings even now, it’s something she has to go through in her own way.”
