It just means that you’re not giving the gifter a prompt. Other than a preference of Anders and/or Fenris, and things you most definitely do not want, the gifters will be making their gift with their own ideas.
(They’ll also be picking your tumblr name from a list, so I’m sure they’ll check to see the kind of things you like or might already know what you like :D)
