This ask is nine months old, but guess who finally wrote for it! I blame Fire Emblem heroes for this one. Two pretty people who deserve better.
“Lady Ninian!”
The young dancer turned around. She had been walking towards her tent when an unexpected voice had called to her. Was it her brother? Lord Eliwood? No... It was somebody else she had only briefly spoken to a few times before.
“Ah… You are.. Lucius, correct?” Ninian asked the blond monk as he approached her. He was breathing heavily and held a staff in hand. It seemed he had been trying to reach her for some time now.
“I heard you were injured in the last battle,” the monk said between shaky breaths. “I wanted to make sure you were alright.”
Ninian eyed the staff. “I did not know you are a healer,” she mentioned. Lucius stood up straight and gripped the staff tight.
“It’s something I’ve just recently started to learn about. Lord Raymond’s younger sister offered to teach me, and I felt it would better help on the battlefield,” he explained. For some reason, the way Lucius carried the staff gave Ninian a strange sense of comfort. His skills, however, would not be needed.
“Ah… That is kind of you, but my wound has already been patched,” the dancer revealed while bringing up her arm to show where she had been hit. “Another young cleric was ever so kind… She healed me as soon as we returned.”
There was a sigh of relief from Lucius. “I’m glad somebody was able to aid you then. When I heard you were injured, I was worried.”
Ninian blinked and tilted her head. “You were worried about me?” she asked in confusion. She didn’t see why her injury would cause the monk to worry for her. For a moment, she thought she saw him blush.
“Oh, well you see… Your dancing really helps me on the battlefield,” he tried explaining. He had turned his gaze away from her. “I’m not the only one either. There are plenty of others who rely on your dancing, and they may have been lost without you.”
Ninian smiled softly as she put her hand on her chest. “Thank you… For such kind words, Sir Lucius.” It warmed her heart to know that even with the little she could offer, she could still play her part in helping others.
The monk smiled in return. “If you ever get injured on the battlefield and I’m nearby, let me know and I’ll do my best to help you in return,” he requested. “I promise you that even though I’m not as experienced as a healer, I can still heal your wounds.”
The dancer nodded. “You have a good heart, Sir Lucius… In return, if you ever need my dance, do not hesitate… I will help you,” she promised the monk. This time, she was positive he was starting to blush.
“Thank you, Ninian!” he said with a slight crack in his voice. It seemed he hadn’t meant to be so enthusiastic. Ninian let out a light laugh and widened her smile. She enjoyed their little conversation.
And in time, she would find out that it would not be far from the last conversation they would have.

Oh, um, sure? You mean this request, right? Here’s a little ficlet that follows the same concept, but it is a little less comedic :o
“My true name is Kaguya Archede LaLune.”
Yew blinked as he looked at the woman standing in front of him. Flecks of snow stuck lightly to her silver hair and her red eyes glistened as she smiled. She was the picture of beauty; an elegant, older woman from the moon that Yew had confessed his love to. For the time he had known her, she had said her name was Magnolia Arch, but now she was telling him that wasn’t true. She was telling him her name was something else entirely.
“Huh…?” Yew wasn’t sure what to make of her words. Only moments before, he had admitted he loved her- though he had phrased it rather poorly- yet her response hadn’t been acceptance or rejection. Instead, she had chosen to respond with a different kind of confession.
“The people of the moon go by many names, Yew, but only one name is our true name,” Magnolia began to explain. “Our true names are sacred, and the only ones who know of them are our family… And those we wish to marry.”
Yew felt his face heat up as his cheeks turned red. Those they wished to marry? His heart began racing, but he still managed to smile. Magnolia had accepted his feelings, and he couldn’t be happier. There was so much going on, however, that it was a bit overwhelming.
“Does… Does this make us a couple now?” Yew sheepishly asked as he looked away. He was still smiling, but a feeling of shyness had overcome him. This was the first time a girl had returned his feelings.
Magnolia laughed heartily. “Of course, Yew!” she told him. “And from now, you can refer to me as Kaguya whenever we are alone. It is a name for your and my ears only.”
Yew turned his attention back to her. She was still smiling, and a light blush was on her cheeks as well. He had never thought he could win the heart of somebody so beautiful, and she had won his heart in return. To him though, she would always be his Magnolia flower. It would be too bizarre to even try and call her- ….wait.
Yew suddenly gulped. “W-when you say ‘Kaguya’, do… D-do you mean it as in, ‘Princess Kaguya’? Like the story?” he asked nervously. His thoughts raced back to the story his mother had told him as a child; a story about a princess who came from the moon. Magnolia was looking at him serenely, and the laugh she gave was sincere.
“You are a smart one, Yew!” she said before giving a light bow. “I am Princess Kaguya LaLune, heir to the Lunar throne! It is a family name, and the Kaguya from the story you know was my ancestor.”
Yew felt his face go white… A Lunar Princess… A cacophony of thoughts ran through his head, each one louder than the last. Magnolia was the Moon Princess? If she were to stay here, what would that mean for the remainder of her people? Would she have to return home at some point?
“…Yew, are you alright?” Magnolia asked, now with a look of concern. Yew was continuing to look straight at her, but he was still trying to process what she had said. There was so much to take in now, and so many questions that needed to be answered.
Did this count as kidnapping royalty? Were the Lunar people going to be angry that their princess had fallen in love with him? When they married, would he become King of the Moon? All of it felt ludicrous, but it was the reality of the situation. Magnolia was a princess, and she had chosen him over her other options.
“Yew, you’re starting to worry me…” Magnolia said as she frowned. Yew, however, only continued to look at her with a wide-eyed expression as he calculated all of the possibilities in his head.
What if her people didn’t approve of their relationship? How did a princess become a Ba’al Buster anyway? What else could she be hiding? Each thought came one after another, seemingly with no end. As he continued thinking, all he could do was stare at the concerned princess.
“Yew, please say something!” Magnolia said in attempts to snap Yew back into reality. Her voice, like a sudden jolt, managed to get him out of his own head. He looked at her for a moment before blinking once again.
“I… I need to sit down,” Yew said as he tried to recover. He hadn’t expected this much to happen, yet here he was. It would be okay though, right? Even if she was a princess, he’d still love her! Nothing could go wrong!
…he was lucky that Magnolia was there to catch him when he fainted from the shock.
OMG wait! Did any of the Lee siblings inherit Edea's "Mrgrgr"? That would be so cute!
I’ve considered the possibility before, but as of now, none of the kids inherited Edea’s “mrgrgr” quirk! The main reason I chose not to give it to any of them is because I want the kids to each have their own personality without making them too much of a copy of their parents. Though there are traits that the children share with their parents, they’re still all their own person and are shown as such. It makes for a far more interesting character in my mind!
If one of the Lee kids did inherit it, however, it’d be Lyvia. She’s the most like her mom in terms of personality, so it seems like something she would do.

Hey so I was reading through the bravely babies stuff(which I love by the way) and I was curious, how did Ringabel and Edea find out Edea was pregnant the first time? Cause I feel like that would be a very interesting story.
Glad to hear you love the Bravely Babies!!! And hmmmm… It really depends on what you consider the “first” time here, since things have changed quite a bit in recent months :o
Originally, the first time Edea was pregnant in the main Bravely Babies timeline (what happens with Alternis Dim and such is a secondary timeline, thus the use of “main”), it was with the twins, but after updates, her first pregnancy was with Anazel. If you want to know about her pregnancy with Anazel, I went into minor details on that in this fic, but you can also see the full details written out in this wonderful fic written for me.
As a warning, both of those fics cover the fact that the pregnancy ended with the death of the child, who was the counterpart to Zealan.
But if you’re talking about the twins as her first pregnancy, so “pre-update”, that’s a different story in itself. It’s not a very exciting story so there isn’t a lot I can really say, but it’s still different enough I can at least say SOMETHING about it???
So after the loss of their first child, Edea was a bit hesitant to have children again. It took her a few years of healing and her friends starting families to finally feel ready to try again, and once they did… They were absolutely having no luck. They tried for months before they had to put things on hold to focus on work again, and they sort of just… Forgot about it?
So they continued on with their work and didn’t really focus on the idea of having a family, until Edea started having similar issues to those she had a few years before: trouble eating, nausea, sensitivity to smells, etc. Once she realized she had dealt with this before, she booked herself an appointment to see if she was possibly pregnant again. She didn’t tell Ringabel at first because she didn’t want to get his hopes up, but once her appointment had come and gone, she knew that she really was pregnant again. She was a bit overwhelmed and panicky at first, but Ringabel helped keep her calm throughout the entire pregnancy.
The best part is, she learned she was pregnant on her birthday, so when she saw Ringabel later that afternoon, she was kind of like “my body decided to get me a birthday gift too” when she told him she was pregnant again. I’m sure Ringabel cracked a dumb joke in response before realizing she was serious, and then probably cried for like 20 minutes because he was happy that the crystals had given them another chance. Neither of them are really religious, but he was having a moment.
And that about summarizes that! I’m sorry if you wanted a fic, but every time I try to write something related to Edea’s pregnancy with the twins, I always get stumped and never finish. MAYBE ONE DAY I’LL BE ABLE TO FINALLY DO IT… But for now, I hope this answer satisfies you!

Lyvia and Theo’s relationship kind of happens during a point I don’t really plan to cover in the future, since it’s not really relevant to the points of the AU I want to focus on, but I have thought about it before! I can’t really say a lot, but there’s still some small facts I can share with you!
When they start dating, Lyvia is 19 and Theo is 21. Though they’ve known each other for a while, it took them a bit to start dating due to Lyvia being too nervous to confess and Theo being oblivious to his own feelings.
Speaking of getting together, they can thank Alternis for that. He was so fed up with Theo being oblivious, he flat out told Theo that Lyvia has been in love with him since the three of them were kids. This gets Theo to finally see the signs and realize he feels the same way, and he ultimately confesses to Lyvia on an outlook in Norende.
They’re a cuddly kind of couple, especially Lyvia, who is pretty much glued to Theo’s hip when they’re together. He enjoys having her so close though, especially because it helps ease his social anxiety, and the two often hold hands.
When things between them get serious, Theo eventually moves to Eternia and takes a job helping on a farm caring for Eternian rams so he and Lyvia can have their own place together. They end up getting a small cottage in what was formerly Gravemark (which is now a restored town), where they stay until Lyvia inherits the role of Grand Marshal.
They kept their relationship a secret for the first few months since they didn’t want to deal with their parents and how they’d react. While they both knew that their parents would be happy and supportive, they also knew they’d be nosy, and in Edea and Agnès’ case, overly excited. Once their parents do know, however, they couldn’t be happier.

I’ve had this ask in my inbox for a long time now, and it’s always made me happy whenever I see it. I’ve had a lot of ups and downs over the past 8 months, and I’m glad to know I have people supporting me despite the fact I feel down in the dumps a lot.
