It’s always the same, I don’t fuss too much to straighten it, the curls are just curly enough to give a little drama. 

I don’t dye my hair often. I have, but not anymore.  What you see is what you get. Black..or as near to black as hair can be. 

As to what I wear? I prefer silks and linen above all. I spent more than a few years learning what the best fabrics were. I’m not much on the tiny, frilly lace. But something of substance, yes? I love that.”

📝 - Story from your childhood. I only remember going to meet my family once as a child. I remember a long trip, one for which I was able to watch the scenery change. I was dressed in a new dress, one Papa said was special for his special princess. I remember meeting my cousin for the first time. She was older than me, but we seemed to hit it off immediately. Or at least I thought. Anyway, we went outside to walk in the garden and she talked me into jumping in puddles. She wasn’t so nearly dressed up and was much better suited for such activities. Of course, I got dirty, muddy water splashing on my dress and she thought it tremendously funny.
