SO I DID A THING!!
Okay, so here’s what this is…
modern-hiccup and I have come up with a marvelous bh6 au that involves our rp muses, ((her Fred and my Wasabi,)) where they are mermen in the realm of Atlantica.
Fred, or Prince Fredrick, is the son of King Triton and heir to the “Atlantican”Throne. Being an only child who lost his mother at a very early age, (reflects Ariel’s origins to a degree) he is ministered to by countless servants and doted over by inwardly grieving, overprotective father who only wants the best for his son; safety, being the top priority. King Triton, being the busy and serious sovereign and patron of the seas that he is, rarely has the opportunity to spend as much time with his son as he would like, and seeing as how Fredrick manifested signs of a youthful, adventurous, and daring personality from his early years in childhood, (like his mother) he knew this would be an issue that would only get the young merman into trouble. Since he no longer had the loving company and help of his late wife, he needed to find a responsible, reliable, and particular strong companion for his son that would not only act as caretaker to Fred, but also serve as his personal bodyguard.
Enter Darren, or as dubbed by Fred, “Wasabi”.
Darren was hand chosen by King Triton himself to help look after Fred, especially in times that he couldn’t.
"Wasabi", is from a different race of merpeople known as "Merorca’s". Known mostly for their incredible strength, yet contrastingly gentle natures, King Triton thought it best to seek out a caretaker from this particular race of his subjects. They are not aggressive unless provoked, and will only attack if they or their loved ones feel threatened. The only reason they will go on the offensive is strictly their young, as well as themselves.
Wasabi was asked to look after Fred from a very young age, and because he’s been a constant companion in the young prince’s life, the two grew close as brothers. Wasabi still takes his duty to protect and look after Fred very seriously, but still never lets his duty get in the way of their friendship. However annoying and frustrating, he still is somehow persuaded to let Fred drag him on daring, and even treacherous adventures that end up getting them into serious trouble where one of them (Mostly Wasabi, cuz duh..,)) has to bail the other out.
The two are practically inseparable, and even though Fred’s antic’s can get rather annoying sometimes…
Wasabi would do anything for his friend to help him..
..even sacrifice himself, if need be.

It was so hard not to let my hand slip on this one buuuuut….oh well! xD
I LOVE THIS AU!!
PS. Wasabi is obviously protecting Fred from something in the second picture…
I’ll leave that to you to decide what it is. ;3
