He has no idea who they are but Quinn seems to know them, so they can approach. They are one of the last to come forth on his day, which had been filled with Quinn tracking him down and forcing him to relocate on the Moby Dick so they could celebrate together. Thatch had already made his favorite cake - cassata - and he wasted no time in devouring it before someone like Ace could do it first. (Which…had happened before but Thatch came prepared with a backup)
It was a relaxing day - the weather was tame and it was easily one of the easiest days on the ship - something he’s grateful for. It was a good day.
