((A fear of demons that are more powerful(Maybe, I dunno))

[True enough, but depends on much more power. If it’s by little, then not really. If it’s reasonably more powerful, then she’d be weary of said demon. If the demon’s marginally more powerful, and it’s clear that it is so, then yes, she’s afraid of the demon. However, that won’t stop her from putting up a strong front or angering them through her own actions or words.
