Heh, glad to help! I actually had trouble myself and had to do some sound finagling in Audacity to make sure I was getting everything right ^^; It just always annoys me that we never get a separate subtitle track for the dub...

Ohh, definitely. But I like to look too deeply into these things and I'm inspired now, so... analysis time?

I mean, we know from episode 4 that Senketsu's super dedicated to and loves Ryuko, and my argument for this episode is that he's just kinda bad at expressing that compassionately. He's probably being all matter-of-fact and serious to Ryuko, but he's also telling her what to do. And she's rebellious as fuck, so yeah, that's gonna tick her off. But the fact that he's probably not being very emotive about it doesn't help. If Senketsu were explicitly saying "I care about you and I don't want you to get hurt, so please don't wear me," I doubt Ryuko would get angry. Actually, she'd probably do the exact opposite and get all soft like the huge softie she is.

Soo I'mma say that Senketsu's being a huge dork here and can't tell his girlfriend only friend that he cares about her and almost gets himself killed because he does and goes along with her wishes anyway.

Oh, Senketsu.
