This is Dr. Niles Hessen, a Level-3 Researcher (within my personal continuity) specializing in anomalous zoology and the current handler of Abby/Eva along with their offspring. She's a pretty ditzy, but don't let that fool you: she got her job for a reason.

And Code: Unknown is about a group of 5 teens in Kalos attending the academy and secretly fighting against a super powerful and hidden Unown! No one knows much about it, but it seems to want to end the world! It's an isekai cause they have to travel to a digital world, where Unown seems to be channeling its power and fight the creatures it creates there! It's all pretty dramatic!"
