Carrot shrinks down into the purse, hiding his face in embarrassment Tide jumped at the shaymin's sudden wail, but lets out a relieved sigh Tide: Oh Carrot.. you make it sound like its a BAD thing. Carrot: IT IS. IM A F-FRAUD!! I'M NOT ORANGE!! E-EVERYONE IS GONNA T-THINK IM A LIAR!! Carrot: THEY ARE G-GONNA THINK I'M S-SOME KIND OF... SPLAT H-HAIR COLOR S-SPONSOR!! Tide: Oh Carrot.. Tide gently begins to pet the trembling little dog in her purse. The gastrodon looks over at Marilla with a soft smile Tide: Carrot is actually more white with pink tints! I would compare it to being a albino but... He doesn't have any of the other traits that people with albinism.. So I wouldn't really call him that per say! Tide: But his diet appears to alter his colorings. Like how if you eat too many carrots your skin can turn slightly orange/yellow! Although.. weird that it alters his... fur... coloring... But who knows how these things work! Tide: I also don't know... how his diet... adds... green to his fur but... I mean.. Shaymin and plants are like that sometimes! Tide: I know that our previous Forest Guardian, Berry... Ate a lot of strawberries and she slowly turned pink with freckles over time! She was also mostly the same white and pink colors as Carrot... Tide: Aren't shaymin interesting? So many little things can effect them and how they present! JUST like a little flower! Tide ruffles Carrot's hair playfully, soothing the anxiety riddled shaymin. The shaymin peers out of the purse once more, towards Marilla. His eyes not making proper eye contact and shuffling his paws nervously with blush on his face Carrot: T-Thank you... f-for... c-calling me... cute... nobody really does that other than Tide... -- -- -- -- --

"Fear is normal. It's uncertainty, it's learning to understand that worry and how to work through it. There's no magic button that will ever make it go away, it might always be with you. It's about accepting those concerns, and not letting them control you.

It will be ok. It may take time, but everything does. Just take it one little step at a time.

Of course, I am sure you will look positively lovely when you evolve. Samurott is a very fierce and elegant Pokemon! ... It is not only the mustache that discourages me from evolving, you see. I just think I will stay as I am, and not risk it. At least for now, hm? I will wish you luck in your own evolutionary endeavors!
