She is pansexual and intersex! She is proud of who she is and probably grows and gives away pride themed flowers every year in Silverkeep!

Tide gently rubs her own hands a bit, staring down at them with a troubled expression
Tide: I get lonely sometimes in my home... I'm thankful to have such a nice place and garden to call my own but it feels.... empty.... a lot of the time...
The gastrodon nervously fiddles with her purse strap
Tide: And despite having worked with kids for so long I don't know if I could... raise a kid entirely on my own... But that would require someone else and... ahem.
Tide: That is even further not in the cards for me haha
Carrot stares up at Tide, his nervous expression softening into one of worry at her tone change.
She rubs her eyes gently before continuing to speak
Tide: So sorry, didn't mean to get so.. melancholy on you there for a second haha! I shouldn't be so down on such a lovely sunny day!
Tide takes a deep breath in and puffs out her chest with optomism
Her tone change was swift, albeit a bit shaky, but overall she seems to have returned to her "normal" demeanor
Tide: Even if it doesn't ever happen to me... I'll always be grateful for the school and all the lovely children I get to teach year after year. I should be focusing more on them than the hypotheticals I think!
The shaymin at her side gazes up at her slightly, for a moment almost a flash of pity sparked by, gone as soon as it arrived.

Elaborations under the cut:
Day 21: I decided the funniest thing to do for this was to swap the shiny status of my Eevee twins. Cream and Cheese who did this to you! Uncanny!
Day 22: Ok genuinely one of the scenes I'm most interested in writing. These three characters are super old conceptually and near and dear to my heart. Once I get to doing stuff with them I'm going to be so!!! Excited!!!!
Day 23: I checked and it turns out I don't have like any nature photography on my phone? So I looked up cave pictures on google and picked one to put my rats in. Hello Remulus and Atticus nice to see you
Day 24: Hmm....important Apricorn. Wonder what that's about hmmmm
Day 25: This one!! Vexed me!! Because a lot of the ships in my blogs feel like plot spoilers to talk about? Or at least the ones I like the most. So I picked Anneva and Reginald! Because I've mentioned Anneva on inquiries and I've drawn them both on here in the past. They're a comfort duo.
Day 26: If Paleo and Tide have one fan its me bro!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Initially I tried to draw him awkwardly giving her flowers but I couldn't get the pose right so instead they're going on a park date! Hi again Jazzy I love your slug and so does Paleo!!!! Their dynamic is fun and cute and I like them!!!!!!
Day 28: I think I mentioned it once or twice? These four on fugamsemidei are based on slugcats in Rain World. In fact the first time I drew them at all was in a big batch of Poke-RW doodles. I just decided I liked them enough to make them characters on the blog. And they fit with the rest of the cast well enough so I don't have any shame lmao
Day 29: Anyone remember this gem??? I do. I rediscovered it recently and went "oh. Oh this is a Gravity song woaw"
Day 29 again: So uh I tried really hard to figure out something for day 27's prompt but I genuinely could not find anything within the time frame. So instead I just did day 29 twice. Neura with this song. Because a lot of people are really unhappy because of her actions. She's to blame for so much strife and grief. Deep down and also not that deep at all she's overcome with guilt but she's not gonna change anything rip.
Day 30: The first ever blog post I made was a poorly-drawn Aspen on phantumpdaily. But that's not particularly interesting to look at, and also I've drawn Aspen just floating there on many occasions so that post isn't super unique. So, instead, I drew the first post on the rebooted version of that blog: the intro to asklucyphantump. That was more directly an askblog than phantumpdaily anyway so this isn't cheese I swear skdfjashdf

Tide: It's okay to be excited and yell about things you are passionate about or looking forward to! Don't beat yourself up over it
Carrot flutters in the air nervously, slightly comforted by her words, but still overall anxious over his outburst.

Carrot: B-but um... Yes.. Finding my Moral will benefit me greatly.. In more ways than one..
Carrot: A Moral is important to anyone in my position. It helps with bonding with the community and communicating effectively...
Carrot: A l-lot are... intimidated by shaymin? In a r-respectful way! Because of our m-mythical status... So having a mortal townsfolk be our selected helper, it helps get past all the awkwardness!
Carrot: As well as the political aspect... S-see.. I have to guard Ninsar's Grave.. as well as the forest around it in general! A Moral can go and assist in the more political aspects within the Valley while I d-do my duties!
Carrot: T-there are lots of benefits! I-including th-.... uh...
Carrot stops their sentence, nervously glancing around before they speak again
Carrot: ...W-well there are other benefits as well... A-anyways... Finding my own Moral is important and will... reduce a lot of stress... I'm w-winging all this by myself and I-I'm!! Stressed!
Carrot: O-once I find them... The process is... mmmgggn..... interesting... O-one day though...!

(( as for me.. the Mod... I was... a roleplay kid.. I would run around on all fours either being a warrior cat or a wolf or a dragon or something... Yeah I was that kid... and I would do it again!!!
Or kids and I would bring our LPS toys and play in the grass with them a lot.
I wasn't much for play equipment since that was where the "Cool Kids" were lmao
I'm partial to the swings myself!!
Or if was at a FANCY park... the zipline... zipline save me... I love you zipline... ))
Tide: How did... You... Think I moved around... ??
Carrot: I think because when you rest your b-body... your legs kinda... amalgamate together?
Tide: Ohhhh.. I suppose I could get that...
Tide: But I just walk like anyone else! Although sometimes I use all six of my legs, instead of the four... But then I wouldn't be able to hold my purse!
Tide: I just am not always standing up... It's tiring to be holding up your body constantly! So I just rest my legs a lot, that's all! I got legs just like you guys!
She lifts up a hind leg and jiggles it in the air in a silly manner

Funny backstory to this image is that a bunch of peeps wanted me to draw my other """attractive""" OCs in a bunny suit for fan service friday. (putting attractive in quotes because I do not find my art/OCs to be on the level of being called attractive.)
But i went "No. Im drawing Tide instead fuck you" and honestly?
I miss having that level of spite.

Tide: Actually.. since the tower doubles as a library and a observatory... that... technically means that Clockwork... Has FOUR jobs at once?
Tide: Could NOT be me haha!
Tide chuckles and waves a hand to fan herself off
Tide: I get tuckered out too easily! I can't imagine having all those various jobs and weight on my shoulders!
Tide: Clockwork.. really is a impressive pokemon.. I don't know how he does it.. It's amazing...
Carrot gives Tide a side glance, holding a strange and nervous expression
Carrot:... I think he w-would.. appreciate you saying that..
Tide: O-oh I could never haha! I don't wanna bubble on at him! He's a very busy pokemon after all! He probably gets compliments all the time anyways!
Carrot remains silent, getting a weird look and shuffling around in the purse
Tide looks back up at the large pokemon with a smile
Tide: I am actually on my way to meet with him now! I need to pick up some special books as a favor.. Just real quick though! I don't wanna be too late for work!
Tide: You are more than welcome to come along and meet him if you want to! :0 He seems intimidating at first but in my experience he's been very sweet and kind!
Carrot:... I b-bet you two would get along well.. for... r-reasons..

Tide: It's up to you if you want to join or not! I always personally found it fun and interesting!
Carrot: D..don't you ever get.. b-bored? Listening to.. the same story over.. and over...?
Tide: Nah, I think it's nice to see how the kids faces light up whenever it's told! I think it's important to learn these things after all!
Carrot: It.. d-doesn't upset you at all?
Tide: Why would it upset me? :0
Carrot:...... N.... No reason...
Tide gives Carrot a confused expression as the shaymin nervously shuffles around in the purse.
The gastrodon turns back to X with a friendlier expression
Tide: But! You can either join us there later when it's started... Or you can tag along with us, I wouldn't mind if you did!
Tide: But I am needing to make a stop on my way there... So it's up to you really!
