Rengokai not applicable here. 

PROS:

They’re opposite ends of the emotional spectrum; Rengar shows his feelings more readily than Kayle and more violently as well while Kayle is a roiling ocean of feelings below the collected surface. It’s a cool balance and they could learn to show and hide their feelings together in an appropriate way.

Kayle’s intelligent and Rengar, while not learned in the same manner as most people, is not stupid. He’s not concerned with over-thinking but he’s certainly capable of surprising others with his intelligence since he comes off as a dumb brute anyway.

They can appreciate one another's different experiences.

Both of them had fathers that were tough on them but it boiled down to them taking over their positions/titles, whether on purpose or by accidentally creating the most efficient fighters their training could make. 

CONS:

I honestly think this would be a very, very rocky relationship because of just HOW DIFFERENT the two are from one another in personalities. Opposites attract but... they have a whole lot of opposites to cover. 

Mortal and immortal. Heartbreak ensues unless someone comes up with a way to extend Rengar's life exponentially.

Kayle's from another world. Rengar may be adventurous but I don't know if he wants to explore other dimensions. Even he has a comfort zone. 

I don't think the heat of Kumungu would be good for Kayle's mechanical wings. 

For that matter, Kayle's from another timeline (unless this is Present!Kayle) so... the relationship will not last unless someone makes Rengar effectively immortal.
