How do you feel about Lady Tenma, as a leader, as a national hero and as a person?

“Good day, Honored Ibaraki! I believe m’lady has ruled fairly and with a strong hand…The trial and difficulty with the supremacists, in particular, was handled forcefully and swiftly. That speaks strongly of her character. I enjoy her company as a friend and as a woman, but I did find it rather frustrating that she was so adamantly opposed to my courtship with Reimu. Of course, it all worked out in the end, and I yet remain a loyal servant of the Lady Tenma.”
