@naomi_tajedler Impossible to answer. I grew up the daughter of a Greek immigrant in America, and like a lot of such families, food was an important connection to my father's culture. I really used to love guvetsy (I have no idea how you spell it in English, but it's a Greek dish made with little diamond-shaped noodles in an olive oil-lemon-tomato sauce thing). That, and vegetarian ovgo-lemono soup (which is traditionally a very lemony chicken soup with the same noodles), but you have to make that at home--nobody has a veg version that I've found. Now, thank you very much, I am hungry.
