Not only had he managed to get lost, not only had he managed to attract the attention of a beast from the jungle, but he was all out of weapons to pull out. his hammer lay in splinters in the monsters maw, and his blunderbuss had blown up in his face. he had run out of explosives days ago, and now he was running like his life depended on it. "SOMEBODY, ANYBODY, A LITTLE HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATEDD!!!!

The Scout had been tracking the stranger for some time now, stopping to watch his movements, following up all the way up to the point where he had attracted one of the more dangerous beasts that lay in wait. He paused as he watched the other attempt to fight back, his ears perking up from their scream of help as they began to flee. The Scout had wondered for a moment what the stranger was doing in the Jungle, when he was so ill-prepared... 

Takuma sighed, quickly moving through the brush as he shook away his thoughts, focusing to the task at hand. He picked up a rock in one quick motion, throwing it right as the beasts head as it stopped dead, eyes scanning the brush for its target, momentarily stopping its pursuit to find the unseen enemy. The Scout expertly waiting, motionless, hoping his small distraction gave the other enough time to hide or at least flee from the beast as it hunted him.
