Hm... I think Schnitzel would be a good idea. You can use beef or pork Schnitzel. In this case I used pork.

It is easy to make, that's why I would recommend it to you. 

Prepare three plates with flour, eggs and breadcrumbs. Add a little milk to the eggs and scramble them.

Then you prepare your meat. If you use beef you usually have to pound it (sometimes with pork too, depends). Then you can cut off the fat if you don't like it. Finally season it. I usually use paprika powder, pepper and salt.

first cover the meat with flour, then egg and then breadcrumbs. Then fry them until they have a brown goldish color.

You can serve it with salad and fries. You can also serve them with Spätzle (Swabian noodles) or cream sauce with mushrooms.
