(I’ve been forgetting to do these, so I’m gonna do a few this time) 11.) Is there an animal you equate with your character?
Back a few months ago,when that “inner beast” thing was going around, Idwa’a said a white peacock, and I agreed.
12.) How is your character with technology? Super savvy, or way behind the times? Letters or email?
Aster is fairly good with technology. He even has an air bike that he’s really good at driving. And letters, of course. Though, I don’t think Eorzea has anything like e-mail. 13.) What does your character’s bed look like when he/she wakes up? Are the covers off on one side of the bed, are they all curled around a pillow, sprawled everywhere? In what position might they sleep?
When Aster wakes up, whether he’s alone or with Idwa’a, he’s always curled up on his side. The bed is always neat, unless he has nightmare or he and Idwa’a… *cough cough*… you know…
14.) How does your character react to temperature changes such as extreme heat and cold?
Aster grew up in Ul’dah, so he has a pretty good resistance to heat. And he’s okay in the cold, but only cold like the cold nights of Thanalan. Put him in Coerthas, and he’ll be wearing ten layers of clothing, asking Idwa’a how in the world he can walk around there with no shirt.

Day 10 - Can you define a turning point in your character’s life? Multiples are acceptable.
Aster probably has a few, but I’m only going to name the first two because they are what really change Aster as a person.
The first, is Aster’s decision to become a healer. This decision is what puts Aster down the path to changing and growing. It was what started his transition from being weak to becoming stronger and more confident. Though, this only started it. The actual change never would’ve happebed if...
The second, is meeting Idwa’a. When Aster first met Idwa’a, all he wanted was someone to get him safely through Sastasha. Once they had left, Aster had no plans to continue being around Idwa’a, but the silly black cat took a liking to Aster and decided to stick around. (much to Aster’s irritation) Though, after a while Aster came to enjoy Idwa’a and they even became best friends. Brothers even. Then of course Aster fell in love with him, but that’s not the point. Idwa’a does all he can to try to get Aster to believe in himself. To make him understand that he really is strong, but he has to accept it himself or he’ll never truly become a strong person. Over time, Aster has come to accept what Idwa’a has said, though he won’t admit it. Idwa’a has also helped him become more trusting.

V'hasa even has him on the bed and has managed to take some of asters clothes off when idwaa who just happens to be walking by said inn hears aster and runs in Idwa’a: "happens to be walking by" meaning he's been shadowing them the whole date Me: i could see V'hasa being a PERFECT gentleman the entire time and Idwa'a starts to think that maybe aster is better off with him.... then this happens Idwa’a: they go in the inn and Idwa'a is just like "well, I guess that's that... guess we're really just friends now" And then that happens and he fucking kicks the goddamn door down because he's like "ASTER IS MIIIINE DON'T YOU DARE" Me: we enjoy this and we are trash Idwa’a: I know ;_; Me: OH GOD I MADE IT WORSE Idwa’a: ... Me: WHY DAMMIT WHY Idwa’a: spill Me: when idwaa breaks in, he sees v'hasa (shirtless) on top of aster on his knees pinning asters arms down. he sees idwaa and just smiles. and then proceeds to lick asters neck. Idwa’a: do you want Idwa'a to blow his cover? because THAT'S HOW YOU GET IDWA'A TO BLOW HIS COVER Me: So... um... I made it worse again... -all said from the trash- Idwa’a: ... Me: -nervous giggle- Idwa’a: spill Me: So... um... you know when we were talkin about the thing with V'hasa... Well, I had an idea that when he smiles he also says something along the lines of "You lose, my friend." Idwa’a: ...Idwa'a hates losing. Me: Exactly

Me: NO! He's just innocently flirting! He's definitely not thinking about the things Idwa’a: -angry dragon noises- MY MAGE Me: dirty, dirty things... "such pretty supple lips” "such silky soft white hair" "oh to get lost in those eyes" Idwa’a: (-breathing fire in a fit of rage-) Me: -laughs his ass off in the trash can- "and might I say... quite a nice view to watch him leave" "and when his ears wiggle..." *purr* Idwa’a: -he's lucky Idwa'a's too scared of being banned from service in Ishgard to commit any murders- Me: what? can he help it that aster's such a cutie? Day 9 - Who does your character trust?
There are very few people that Aster trusts. Aster’s trust is an extremely hard thing to gain due to the betrayal he had as a child. Many of the kids he believed to be his friends turned out to only want to be friends because they wanted connections when they grew up and took over their own parent’s businesses. I’ve explained this to some people and they find it odd that even that would cause someone to lose trust. I answer with... Yes, to an adult maybe, but to a small child? I don’t think so. Aster was about 8 years old when this happened, so I think that would be rather traumatizing for someone at that age.
Now back to the actual question... Who does Aster trust? The few people he trusts are: Idwa’a, Ahri, and Akia.
