Have you abandoned the babybones blog or it is just a pause due to circumstances? I've read that you're out of the comp and even drawing, but it's like... dead silence there while your personal blogs are updating. Sorry for bothering, just worry whether we should wait for updates in any possible future c: and anyway, thanks, you are amazing

There will be more updates. It’s dead silence because I don’t post there unless I have an update, which is halfway drawn. :V It’s the holidays and my mom needs a lot of assistance; a lot more than I was anticipating!

It’s going to be updated as soon as I get a free moment to draw. I’ve gotten maybe an hour a day to poke away at things, and time sensitive things have taken precedence. :V Thanks for your patience, tho!

what drew you to the idea of a baby bones blog? Also I was wondering, are your versions of the skeletons homeless as kids, or just dirt poor which is why sans was stealing food?

I drew them as kids a few times and it was fun, so I decided to make an askblog with my bro @aprip​ who is one of my fave people to swap ideas with (and suuuuch a good artist, i cry, she’s been one of my art idols for years and years). It just seemed like a fun way to pass the time, and we’re both kind of... floored at the response it’s gotten, to say the least!

As for the kids, yes, they’re essentially on their own, as it were. It’s not canon in the least, so we wanted to retain the spirit of that “they just showed up one day” line. Though once they move to Snowdin, they actually live in the Snowdin Inn! aw ye lollipops and headpats
